Encompassing the Arts for Seniors - Showcase

The Strand Theatre’s Palette to Pen class for painting and creative writing is underway! The class is offered to individuals aged 55 and above. Weekly workshops are be held in the Strand Theatre at 6:00 on Tuesdays. Each participant is finalizing their a group painting which will serve as the inspiration for the next phase of the class, creative writing. A final showcase of participants’ work will be held the presented on Tuesday, May 2 at 7pm. Class participants will gather to share their newly found knowledge in a culminating showcase. Admission is free.
