Assistant to the Director
As an Assistant to the Director, you will work closely with the director to help manage rehearsals, coordinate communication between the cast and crew, and assist in the overall creative process. You will gain valuable experience in directing, staging, and helping bring the production vision to life.
Time commitment: Monday-Thursday (6:00-9:00pm) starting the week of June 16, 2025. Exact schedule TBD by the director
Assistant Stage Manager
The Assistant Stage Manager will support the Stage Manager in organizing rehearsal schedules, maintaining production paperwork, and managing backstage operations during performances. You will learn about the logistics of theatre productions, from managing props to ensuring smooth transitions during the show.

Set Build Crew
Join the Set Build Crew and work alongside our designers and carpenters to help construct the sets for the summer production. You'll gain hands-on experience with set design, construction, and painting, learning essential skills in building and transforming the stage environment.
Time commitment: Flexible schedule will be set by the technical director
Assistant Sound
As the Assistant Sound intern, you will support the sound designer in setting up and operating the sound equipment for the production. This includes helping with microphones, sound checks, and ensuring proper sound levels during rehearsals and performances. You will develop skills in sound design and technical theatre.
Time commitment: July 20-27 (evenings)
Assistant Lights
The Assistant Lighting intern will assist the lighting designer in setting up and operating the lighting equipment for the production. This role includes hanging lights, programming cues, and ensuring the correct lighting effects are achieved during the show. Learn about stage lighting, color mixing, and design implementation.
Time commitment: July 20-27 (evenings)
Assistant Music Director
As the Assistant Music Director, you will help with rehearsal preparation and coordination, supporting the music director with vocal and instrumental rehearsals. This is a great opportunity to learn about music direction, vocal coaching, and musical interpretation for theatre productions. You will be required to demonstrate your musical skill for this position. Piano proficiency is required.

Musician
Musicians will be involved in rehearsals and performances, playing live music to support the show. Whether playing in the pit or accompanying singers, you will work closely with the music director and other performers to bring the musical score to life. You will be required to demonstrate your musical skill for this position.

Assistant Photographer
The Assistant Photographer will assist in capturing rehearsal and performance moments, including action shots, candid behind-the-scenes images, and promotional photos. You will help maintain the visual documentation of the production, which may be used for social media, marketing, and archival purposes.

Assistant Front of House Manager
The Assistant Front of House Manager will work closely with the Front of House team to ensure smooth audience operations before, during, and after the performances. You will assist with managing box office duties, ushering, audience seating, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
