In this Halloween-themed yoga class, participants will embrace the spooky season with a series of hauntingly fun and relaxing poses. Expect a playlist featuring eerie, calming tunes provided by organist Leslie Garrett, as you move through poses like "Ghostly Warrior" and "Witch's Crescent Moon." The class will end with a deep relaxation, where you can sink into the darkness and let go of any lingering fears. Costumes are welcome, so feel free to express your Halloween spirit! Join Instructor Shelby Garrett on October 16 at 6pm for a one hour class. Admission is $15.
