the West Virginia Division of Culture and History
The National Endowment for the Arts, with approval
from the WV Commission on the Arts and the Friends
of the Strand!

One of the best ways to support the restoration of the Strand Theatre is
to share with friends and family members the importance of the
restoration of the Strand Theatre. Explain the importance of
having Arts in the community and the joy the Strand Theatre will bring
to our generation and future generations. |

Support Fundraising Events
The Fundraising Committee organizes a number of events throughout the
year to support the continued restoration of the Strand Theatre and
ongoing operational expenses. The Strand Theatre Preservation
Society encourages all patrons to "bring a friend" to the next
fundraising event, theatrical production, etc. Check the

Learn More About Financially Contributing
The Strand Theatre Preservation Society has created several ways for
individuals and businesses to financially contribute to the restoration
of the Strand Theatre. The Strand Theatre Preservation Society is
a 501(c)(3) organization. Gifts to the Society are fully tax deductible
to the extent allowable by law since no goods or services are exchanged
for said gift. Please take the time to learn more about these
opportunities... remember, no gift is too small or too large!
